The Ant Strategy Explorer and Artificial Intelligence Designer was designed and architected by Wouter Oosthuizen during a build phase spanning several years. In this build phase Wouter performed extensive research on Neural Networks, Genetic Algorithms, Swarm Intelligence, Connectionism, Machine Learning and Data Mining, whilst leveraging his extensive market and industry experience in working towards building our market leading applications.

Wouter was also the creator of The Grail Genetic and Walk-Forward Optimizer software which was sold to TradeStation™ Technologies in 2010, a leading USA platform provider. The walk-forward optimizer software became a standard for objectively evaluating the robustness of trading strategies and is available in 6 languages (English, Japanese, Simplified & Traditional Chinese, Korean, Arabic)
